Conclusion
The menu was a little bit North Indian oriented. Why? Because North Indian cuisine usually has a thick, moderately spicy, and creamy taste.
The use of dried fruits, nuts and saffron is very common.
Dairy products like milk, cream, cottage cheese, ghee. And yogurt plays the most important role in the cooking of both savory and sweet dishes.
Mutter Paneer, Pulaos, Dal Makhani, Dahi Gosht, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Fish Amritsari, Samosas, Motichoor ladoo. Are some of the better-known dishes from North India.
We hope that you found our recommendations reasonable and healthy
We look forward to you incorporating some of these dishes in your win customized wedding menu list. And sharing with us the experience of the same!
Happy eating (not wedding this time!)
